All right, that’s a good starting point. But, let’s ask Mr. Draws a few additional questions and learn more.
1. When did JD studio start?
I started making VR porn back in May 2019, after getting my hands on a VR headset and watching some of the amazing @alessa_savage stuff. I just knew it was going to be the next big thing and wanted to get on board asap.
2. What do you think makes for a good VR porn release?
For me its all about eye contact and the talking, which is why I mainly shoot solo JOI stuff.
3. Is there a Jimmy Draws philosophy?
Not really, JD is literally just me, a middle aged guy from the UK trying his hand at producing some fun and maybe not conventional porn. I take a lot of feedback from my customers. They seem to love the face-sitting stuff a lot so I’ve picked up a taste for it too.
4. Where do you see VR porn five years from now?
I am a little unsure, and that’s what makes it so fun!, I think for sure it’s only going to get better as headsets become smaller and more common place. I think multi-position VR porn would be quite easy to do as of now, but as technology improves, 6-dof porn would be the ultimate dream!

Honestly, I absolutely love little indie, small—or even, as is the case here, one-man-show—operations.
Why?
Well, although ultimately it’s kinda-sorta inevitable that the—let’s say—polished/slickness factor is going to be lower…I’m just being honest here…it’s Goddamn tough for an outfit with dedicated web designers, coders, editors, sound engineers, graphic designers, marketers, et. al. to produce a polished VR porn total-product…we all know that’s true.
So, these small operations…they’re simply not going to have the same slickness factor. There might be a better way to put it besides slickness… I don’t fucking know. Stop harassing me! You know what I’m trying to say.
What’s the strength of the small operations then?
The strength is that the less people involved the greater likelihood of a single-unified vision manifesting.
Aren’t you making too much out of all this?
